Warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When you purchase furniture from Luxy Living, you will receive warranty coverage from Luxy Living for a minimum of 6 months on all products with some may extend to 12 months if stated in the description, depending on the product. Luxy Living offers structural warranty on any furniture with glass/mirror (including but not limited to wall mirrors, tallboys, side tables, coffee tables, dining tables, console tables, chest drawers, buffets & sideboards and any lighting fixtures). Damage during installation of any glass furniture and lighting (caused by you or any person who acts on your behalf) will not be covered.

Luxy Living warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of the warranty.

The product warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear of the product
  2. Damage resulting from abnormal use or abuse
  3. Damage resulting from placing the product in inappropriate locations.
  4. Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance
  5. Products which have been altered from their original form

A detailed description of the warranty service requested (whether repair or replacement)

  1. Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or purchase receipt)
  2. Photographic evidence and videos (if appropriate)
